The effects of Order 66
Order 66 (オーダー66, Ōdā 66), also known as Clone Protocol 66, is a fictional event of the Mass Wars series created by Casey Hudson and George Lucas. It was a top secret order for every and all soldiers who are confirmed to be clones, like Stormtroopers or Troopers.
It was issued by Darth Sidious. This order activated the inhibitor chips planted within the heads of the clones and made them believe their factions are all traitors and to execute them all on sight. The order also meant the execution any Clones who protect or disobeys.

Summary[]
Order 66: In the event of Jedi officers acting against the interests of the Republic, and after receiving specific orders verified as coming directly from the Supreme Commander (Chancellor), GAR commanders will remove those officers by lethal force, and command of the GAR will revert to the Supreme Commander (Chancellor) until a new command structure is established.
