Professor Pyg Beware the Batman 0001

Professor Pyg

Dr. Lazlo Valentin (ラズロ・ヴァレンティン, Razuro Varentein), or Professor Pyg (プロフェッサー・ピッグ, Purofessā Piggu), is both a fictional character and antagonist of the M.D.C series created by C. B. Cebulski and Jim Lee. He is one of Batman's enemies.

He is both a gifted surgeon and an eco-terrorist, transforming his victims into human–animal hybrids. He and his partner Mister Toad hunt people for what they deem to be crimes against the animal kingdom.

Some of hiss eco-terrorism ranges from targeting businesspeople who did shady environment deals, capturing models and fashion designers that use parts of different animals (like feathers and pelts), and creating mutations.

"We've been meaning to invite you over for tea...and a good, ol'-fashioned pummeling. Unfortunately, we're all out of tea."

—Professor Pyg.
