Hiro Okamura (岡村 ヒロ, Okamura Hiro), also known as "Toyman" (トイマン, Toiman), is both a fictional character and tritagonist of the Marvelous DC's Justice Avengers series created by C. B. Cebulski and Jim Lee. He is the richest and smartest technological genius.

He is a teenage mechanical genius from Japan on Earth and assists the Justice Avengers as an intern. He uses more technologically advanced devices than the traditionally-constructed contrivances Winslow uses and his work is largely whimsical in nature.

With his genius-level intellect and incredible mechanical prowess, Unlike Winslow who uses old-fashioned toys, many of his inventions are inspired by anime and manga, including giant mecha (notably his giant Composite Batman-Superman robot).
